Fantasy Analysis
Dragic rebounded nicely from his outing on Wednesday as he had just two turnovers on Thursday compared to five the previous day. Dragic's Fantasy value lies in deeper Fantasy formats, but is more of an insurance policy for Lowry. Over his last five games he's averaging 9.2 points and 4.0 assists per outing. Keep tabs on Lowry's status moving forward, because if he's out any amount of time, Dragic's value goes up. (Updated 02/10/2012).
01/28/2012 22:39 Rockets win for ninth time in 10 games
Chase Budinger scored 19 points, Samuel Dalembert grabbed 14 rebounds and the Houston Rockets beat the New York Knicks 97-84 on Saturday for their ninth win in 10 games.
01/27/2012 22:54 Rockets 103, Wizards 76
Chase Budinger scored a season-high 21 points, hitting four 3-pointers, Luis Scola added 19 points, and the Houston Rockets blew out Washington in the second half of a 103-76 win Friday night.
01/21/2012 22:43 Rockets get by Spurs for sixth straight
Kevin Martin scored 25 points, Kyle Lowry had 14 points and eight assists and the Houston Rockets took advantage of Tim Duncan's absence to beat the San Antonio Spurs 105-102 on Saturday night.
At one point, Goran Dragic was supposed to be the heir apparent to Steve Nash. However, a trade to the Rockets could put him in line for a battle for minutes off the bench. Dragic will be behind Kyle Lowry at the point guard position in Houston, but will also have to battle newly acquired Jonny Flynn for minutes in 2011-2012. Barring injuries, Dragic is unlikely to play more than about 15-20 minutes per game this season, making him a player to avoid drafting in most formats. (Updated 8/28/11)
