Dragic solid through ankle issue: The Houston Chronicle reports that X-rays on Rockets guard Goran Dragics sprained left ankle were negative and he was able to play Tuesday in Dallas. Dragic was injured Monday night against the Kings. Im fine, Dragic said following Monday's game. It just hurts when you twist it, and then its OK." Dragic's ankle remained sore prior to the game Tuesday and coach Kevin McHale said he'd closely monitor the injury and wouldn't hesitate to pull Dragic if he noticed it being an issue. That said, Dragic managed 38 minutes and went 7 of 15 from the field with a 3-pointer for 17 points. He added seven assists and four steals for the Rockets. (Updated 03/27/2012)

Fantasy Analysis
Dragic played with a short leash on Tuesday but should be OK going forward considering he played well over a full game. That is good news for Fantasy owners as Dragic has played well with Kyle Lowry out. Dragic entered Tuesday averaging 17.4 points, 9.6 assists, 4.2 rebounds, 2.2 steals and 2.0 3-pointers per game over his last five contests so Fantasy owners are really hoping he stays healthy. With Lowry out, Dragic can be active in most Fantasy formats. (Updated 03/27/2012).

04/08/2012 23:37 Lee scores 25 points to lift Rockets
Courtney Lee scored 19 of his 25 points in the first half, leading the Houston Rockets to a 104-87 victory over the Sacramento Kings on Sunday night.
At one point, Goran Dragic was supposed to be the heir apparent to Steve Nash. However, a trade to the Rockets could put him in line for a battle for minutes off the bench. Dragic will be behind Kyle Lowry at the point guard position in Houston, but will also have to battle newly acquired Jonny Flynn for minutes in 2011-2012. Barring injuries, Dragic is unlikely to play more than about 15-20 minutes per game this season, making him a player to avoid drafting in most formats. (Updated 8/28/11)
