|by Shawn Krest | CBSSports.com|
|(4/3/15) Spurs backup PG Patty Mills has been struggling in recent games, and Cory Joseph has stepped up in his place.
Joseph replaced Mills after a minute and a half on Tuesday and had four steals in the game. Joseph was the first guard off the bench in Wednesday's game.
"Cory’s really solid," coach Gregg Popovich said, per the San Antonio Express-News. "He digs out loose balls, 50-50 balls. I was glad to see him start to take his jumper and knock down a few."

"Shoulder felt great," Mills said, per the San Antonio Express-News. "It’s fully repaired now and has been for a little bit. It was just good to get out there. Lungs are great. Legs felt great. It’s just getting a rhythm and getting used to being back out on the court. Other than that, everything felt great. I was quite surprised."

Spurs G Patty Mills cleared for full practices
|by Larry Hartstein | Senior Analyst|
|(12/25/14) Spurs guard Patty Mills, who's yet to play this season due to a shoulder injury, has been cleared to practice fully, reports the San Antonio Express-News. Mills believes he'll beat the mid-January timetable for his return, the report said.
Mills averaged 10.2 points in 81 games last season while shooting 42.5 percent on 3-pointers.
|When Tony Parker missed extended time in the middle of the year, Patty Mills became the best free agent on the market for Fantasy. If you play Fantasy Football, you've probably heard of the "touchdown or bust" waiver wire pickups. Mills was the basketball version of that late in the year. He put together a monster line every once in a while that would keep his average respectable. A shoulder injury has Mills doubtful for the start of the season, so wait until later in the year to pick him up if Parker misses some time.
