Morris heading back to D-League: The Lakers have assigned guard Darius Morris back to the D-League Thursday, according to the team's official website.

Morris barely saw the court while with the Lakers and was averaging just 4.4 points per game on 39.8 percent shooting from the field. He was also averaging under two assists and two rebounds per game over that span. The 22-year-old will head back to the D-League to work on his game and should be ignored in all formats moving forward.
