Surgery likely for Williams: Portland rookie guard Elliot Williams told NBA.com prior to Tuesday's game that he's likely heading for surgery. “There’s a partial tear,” Williams said of his injured left shoulder. “They said I could rehab it, but more than likely I’ll go ahead with surgery and get it taken care of.” Interim general manager Chad Buchanan has already said he thinks Williams is done for the season.
