Gladness' strong effort as a reserve in six games on a 10-day contract has earned him a spot on the roster for the rest of the season and with the Warriors now in a youth movement, he could see some run over the next few weeks, once he returns. However, the 25-year-old will have to prove that he can produce on a somewhat consistent basis before he gains any Fantasy value. Leave him on the waiver wire at this point in the season.
