Thoams officially signed : As expected, the Hornets officially signed forward Lance Thomas to a contract for the remainder of the season the team announced Monday. Thomas, who has already received two 10-day contracts, averaged 2.3 points and 3.0 rebounds for the Hornets over 11 games. (Updated 02/27/2012)

Fantasy Analysis
Thomas has received some run with all the injuries New Orleans has had to deal with in their frontcourt and his strong play has earned him a contract for the rest of the season. While coach Monty Williams has been impressed with his play, unfortunately his stats aren't going to help many Fantasy owners.
