Ayon expects to be back with Bucks : Bucks center Gustavo Ayon told basketball.realgm.com that he expects to be playing in Milwaukee next season. Ayon, who has a team option in his contract for $1.5 million, was dealt to the Bucks as part of the J.J. Redick trade last February. “Gustavo likes Milwaukee, he just really wants to help the team and as far as we've been indicated he will be with the Bucks next season,” his agent Emilio Duran told the website. “He wants to keep getting better there and help out.”

| Fantasy Analysis |
The Bucks were adamant about getting Ayon included in the Redick deal, event though he only played in 12 games following the trade. Still, Milwaukee thinks Ayon can be a solid backup to Larry Sanders at the center position and maybe even play some power forward if needed. However, from a Fantasy standpoint, the 28-year-old doesn't really bring much to the table. He has averaged just 4.8 points and 4.3 rebounds over his 109 career games and has always had to fight for playing time. Fantasy owners likely won't have much reason to pay attention to Ayon on Draft Day next fall.

Bucks hold off Blazers
Brandon Jennings scored 24 points and Monta Ellis added 21 to help the Milwaukee Bucks hang on for a 102-95 victory over the Portland Trail Blazers on Tuesday night.

Depleted Bucks survive Kings
Monta Ellis had 29 points and nine assists for the Milwaukee Bucks, who held off the Sacramento Kings for a 115-113 win on Sunday night.

| Gustavo Ayon was dealt to the Magic in the offseason and will serve likely serve as Nikola Vucevic's primary backup -- at least at first. While not too many people knew much about the 27-year-old at the start of last year, he was able to make a name for himself during his lone year in New Orleans. Ayon found himself in the starting lineup 24 times for the Hornets and averaged a healthy 8.3 points and 6.4 rebounds over that stretch to go along with 1.8 blocks. While Ayon may not be the team's starting big man once the season starts, he could still end up seeing a healthy number of minutes off the bench. Consider the 27-year-old merely a low-end reserve option. However, with center being such a thin position, Ayon could be worth drafting as a reserve option in deeper formats and also end up being a solid addition off the waiver wire as the season progresses.
