Redd starting to contribute : Suns G Michael Redd was able to turn in his third straight double-digit scoring performance during Tuesday night's contest against the Bucks. Redd finished with 14 points in the 107-105 victory, on 7 of 14 shooting from the field. Fantasy Analysis
Coach Alvin Gentry has started giving Redd some run of late, and the veteran has responded by scoring in double figures in each of his last three games. It appears Redd has worked his way into the Suns' rotation, which should help his production moving forward. However, the 32-year-old's best days are likely behind him, so consider Redd merely a low-end option in deeper formats at this point in the season. (Updated 02/08/2012).

02/01/2012 11:18 Waiver Wire: Versatile Booker worth a look
The schedule is starting to even out, but injuries continue to shape who gets playing time and who doesn't. If you need help filling out your injury-riddled roster, Ed Gauna is here with his look at the waiver wire.
Michael Redd had a good portion of his prime production years wiped out due to a major knee injury and, at 32, is unlikely to even come close to the level of production he enjoyed when he averaged 20-plus points per game in six consecutive years prior to getting hurt. He has played just 61 games combined over the last three seasons and averaged just 13.4 minutes over 10 games toward the end of the 2011-12 campaign, showing very little. With a full offseason of healthy conditioning under his belt, Redd could again be asked to play a significant scoring role as a perimeter shooter. Fantasy owners should not expect him to average much more than 10 shot attempts per game, however, and his appeal in Fantasy leagues could be limited to being a source for 3-point shooting in Fantasy leagues. Double-digit scoring, possibly in the low-to-mid teens could still be within reach given 25-30 minutes per game. Take a chance on him late in drafts if you are an owner with patience and ample reserve space. (Updated 8/30/11)
