Preseason Outlook

Stevenson catches iron in finale: Hawks guard DeShawn Stevenson was back on the court Wednesday in the team's season finale against the Knicks, after missing the previous game with an illness. Stevenson played 24 minutes in the game but shot the ball poorly. He shot 1 of 11 from the field for two points, while adding three rebounds, an assist and a steal in a 98-92 loss. (Updated 4/17/13)

Fantasy Analysis
Stevenson has once again been a minimal contributor for the Hawks and Fantasy owners this year. While he did earn 30 starts, the veteran is averaging just 5.1 points and 2.2 rebounds on 37.4 percent shooting from the field on the year. Stevenson is expected to be back with the Hawks next year, but we don't see many scenarios that would make him worth using a draft pick on next season. (Updated 4/17/13).
