His season finished averaging 16.9 points and 5.2 assists in 30 games.

76ers guard Tony Wroten meeting with specialists, weighing options

|(1/27/15) 76ers guard Tony Wroten is weighing his options after meeting with specialists regarding his partially torn ACL, per CSNPhilly.com.
"I have been seeing a lot of doctors and getting a lot of different opinions," Wroten said. "I am just putting a lot of pieces together and figuring out my next steps.
"A partial tear is so different than a torn ACL. It is not a guarantee, 100 percent, that I have to have surgery. It is a tough decision, an important decision that I want to make. I want to talk it over with Sam Hinkie and the doctors."
If Wroten does have surgery, it will be the third operation on his right knee.
"I would rather have that than it continue to be different knees," he said. "It is just a part of the game. It isn't something that they can't fix. It isn't something I can't recover from."

|Tony Wroten's game can be described as reckless on his best days, but he found a home coming off the bench for the 76ers as a sixth man last season. The 76ers played at a hectic pace that fit Wroten's skill set perfectly, and he broke out after struggling to find any sort of role in a rigid Grizzlies' system as a rookie. Wroten averaged 13.0 points, 3.2 rebounds and 3.0 assists per game in 72 appearances, 56 of which came from the bench. From a Fantasy perspective, he was especially useful in his 16 starts, during which he averaged 17.8 points, 4.4 rebounds and 5.2 assists, however he is likely to return to his reserve role this season. Wroten has some upside, but is best left for the later rounds as a Fantasy reserve on Draft Day, given his role.
