Harrington in a bit of rut : Denver forward Al Harrington has struggled to find the mark over his last two games. He's scored 11 and 10 points in those games, respectively. Harrington shot 4 for 18 on Saturday night versus the Pacers, missing all six of his 3-pointers. He did nail both his foul shots though. Harrington grabbed six boards, blocked two shots, had a steal and dished out one assist in Denver's 113-109 win. (Updated 02/11/2012)

Fantasy Analysis
Harrington has been having a good year for the Nuggets, giving them a boost off the bench. He's averaging just 11.8 points over his last five games though, along with 6.6 rebounds. He's struggling from long range as he's hitting just 18.2 percent of his 3-pointers. Still, Harrington will continue to get plenty of court time with Danilo Gallinari out of action. Fantasy owners should continue to view the 31-year-old veteran as a viable forward option in most leagues. (Updated 02/11/2012).

01/23/2012 16:38 Quarterly Report: Ragged play of lockout ball pervades season
As the lockout-squeezed season grinds down older teams (Celts) and those with little depth (Knicks, Lakers), young teams with even a little history are kicking butt. Ken Berger weighs in with his quarterly report.
01/22/2012 02:50 Knicks disaster unfolding before our very eyes
The Knicks are on a freefall. New York falls to Melo's former team for its sixth straight loss. Ken Berger says this is what happens when you have a roster with one shooter, no point guard and a major lack of depth.
Harrington is incredibly entering his 14th NBA season at the ripe old age of 30. That said, he’s coming off one of the least productive seasons of his career. Keeping in mind he did deal with plantar fasciitis for much of his 73 games played, Harrington mustered just 10.5 points, 4.5 rebounds and 1.4 steals per game last year while shooting just under 42 percent from the field. He only topped 20 points seven times on the entire season and there is no reason to believe things will be different in 2011-12. He’s pretty stuck in the rotation for George Karl, especially after the team added depth after trading away Carmelo Anthony and Chauncey Billups. The Nuggets have plenty of pieces who can contribute if Harrington continues to struggle, and we don’t expect much more than the 22.8 minutes per game he got last year. His numbers got even uglier as the season progressed and we feel compelled to rank him outside the top 60 Fantasy forwards entering this season. He’s a late-round draft pick on Draft Day until he proves otherwise. (Updated 8/28/11)
