Preseason Outlook

Hughes sits with big toe injury: Knicks guard Larry Hughes missed Tuesday's game against the Kings with a big toe injury. He sat for mostly precautionary reasons and is day to day, reports the Knicks' official Web site. He obviously will be out until at least the Knicks' first game after the All-Star break, Tuesday at Chicago.

Fantasy Analysis

Hughes will use the break to get healthy and shouldn't have any issues playing on Tuesday against the Bulls. He played 31 games in the first half of the season and averaged 9.6 points, 3.5 assists, 3.5 rebounds, 1.3 steals and just under a three per night. Hughes goes in and out of the rotation for Mike D'Antoni, however, and isn't always a consistent Fantasy play. He's mainly worth owning in the deeper Fantasy leagues.
