|Pistons backups see the floor in blowout |
|by Chris Towers | CBSSports.com|
(11/25/13) Little-used Pistons reserve forwards Josh Harrellson and Tony Mitchell saw the court in Monday's win over the Bucks.
Both players appeared in their fifth games of the season, though Harrellson played more extensively. He logged nine minutes and scored three points with three rebounds, while Mitchell played just two minutes. He scored two points on one field-goal attempt.
|Tony Mitchell disappointed in his second season at North Texas, as his numbers fell across the board and his demeanor was questioned consistently. As a result, the 21-year-old dropped to the 37th overall pick, and a likely reserve role in Detroit. Mitchell’s athleticism cannot be questioned, but the rest of his skill set really needs work still. He should be capable of one highlight move per game even in a limited role, but he might not have much Fantasy value right away. Consider only targeting Mitchell in Dynasty formats on Draft Day.
