Preseason Outlook

Curry finally plays for Knicks: New York welcomed back a slimmer Eddy Curry onto the court on Wednesday against the Indiana Pacers. Curry saw his first action of the season after missing the earlier part of the year with a calf injury. He finished the game with 10 points in 12 minutes on 3 of 4 shooting. He added four rebounds but turned the ball over three times.

Fantasy Analysis

Curry has been away from the team during practices and games working on his conditioning after tearing his right calf muscle on the opening day of training camp. He looks much thinner, particularly around his face and neck, where he was sporting a long goatee. He's an intriguing player to stash in Fantasy since he used to be one of the better scoring centers in the game, but he has a long way to go before he becomes a viable option again, if that ever happens.
