Mason at center of bizarre scene: Wizards F Roger Mason Jr. was involved in one of the strangest situations of the season on Friday night as he came into the game despite not being listed on the active roster. When he made a baseline jumper in the first half, the Wizards received a technical foul, the shot was waved, and he was removed from the game. Somehow, the Wizards did not officially activate Mason for the contest, despite him having played in two games prior to Friday night. Mason was heard yelling This is nuts as he walked off the floor, and he was certainly right. Thats not something you see every day in the NBA, as Wizards coach Flip Saunders simply left him off the roster. (Updated 12/30/2011)

Fantasy Analysis
It was an interesting scenario, but from a Fantasy perspective, its not an altogether noteworthy one. Mason doesnt have any Fantasy value at this point, as he had just two points in two games prior to Friday night. Keep him off your Fantasy roster like Saunders did on Friday night.
