Fantasy Analysis
Bonner was expected to play through the injury, and he did just that. The Spurs play again on Monday, and, if everything goes according to plan, he should be able to get some rest as the Spurs are set to sweep the Jazz with one more win. He will continue to come off the bench and be a backup for the Spurs, so consider Bonner just a low-end option in postseason Fantasy formats. (Updated 05/06/2012).

05/06/2012 00:56 Parker helps Spurs take 3-0 lead
Tony Parker scored 27 points, including 16 in the fourth quarter, as the San Antonio Spurs defeated the Utah Jazz 102-90 Saturday night to take a 3-0 lead in their first-round Western Conference playoff series.
Matt Bonner is not a player that will be targeted in most Fantasy drafts, but that doesn't mean he will not be of use this season. The center-eligible big man is an above-average 3-point shooter who can help owners in category leagues for help in that area. He averaged 1.6 3-pointers made per game last season and can be viewed as a favorable starting option in deeper formats when facing matchups against teams that allow high-volume shot attempts and have trouble defending the perimeter.
