(4/14/14) The Rockets will waive center Dexter Pittman and sign free agent power forward Josh Powell, the Houston Chronicle reports. Powell spent the season in China and has not played in the NBA since 2011. He averaged 3.9 points and 2.9 rebounds in six NBA seasons.
