Jefferson posts 16 in 4th quarter: Minnesota C Al Jefferson scored 16 of his 23 points in the fourth quarter to propel the Timberwolves to a 109-102 victory over Memphis on Saturday. "That felt like the old Al," said Jefferson, who made each of his eight shots in the fourth. "That was a good feeling. I even got winded, but that energy was coming out of somewhere for me." Jefferson finished the game shooting 11 of 17 from the field in 39 minutes while adding seven rebounds and four blocks.
