Preseason Outlook

Bynum out until after break: Lakers C Andrew Bynum did not practice on Tuesday due to his nagging hip and knee injuries and coach Phil Jackson said after practice that he would not be available to play on Wednesday at Utah, reports the team's official Web site.

Fantasy Analysis

With the Lakers having no more games remaining until after the All-Star break, Bynum's first half of the season is over now. Over 50 games, Bynum averaged 15.1 points, 8.2 rebounds, 1.5 blocks and half a steal per night. He is a solid Fantasy center for use in all leagues, when healthy. Stay tuned for news to follow but most indications point to him being healthy to begin the second half of the year.
