Bynum back in fold : Pistons guard Will Bynum was able to get back on the court for Sunday's tilt against the Bulls. Bynum, who had missed the past six games due to a strained right hand, finished with four points in the 99-85 win. He went 2 of 4 from the field and added five assists and two rebounds to his stat line, while logging 17 minutes off the bench.

| Fantasy Analysis |
Bynum has been dealing with this pain since January, but was finally abler to get back on the court. However, entered Sunday's tilt averaging 9.4 points and 3.5 assists per game this season, making him merely a low-end Fantasy option, when healthy.

| With Brandon Knight expected to come into his own as the starting point guard this season in Detroit, Will Bynum, 29, will be nothing but a backup for coach Lawrence Frank. Bynum only managed 14.3 minutes per game last year over 36 contests and the minutes aren't expected to improve this year. Bynum has never averaged more than 10 points and 4.5 assists per game in a season and those numbers came back in 2009-10. He's started five games the last two years and has low-end Fantasy value best left for the deepest of formats on Draft Day. (Updated 8/28/12) |
