News: The Warriors signed forward Mikki Moore the team announced on Monday. Moore averaged 11 points and 7.3 rebounds for the Idaho Stampede in the D-League this season.
Analysis: Moore could be in line to see some minutes with all the injuries the Warriors are dealing with, but that shouldn't matter much to Fantasy owners. At this point in the season, Moore should remain on the waiver wire.
News: The Grizzlies signed free agent forward Mikki Moore on Saturday.
Analysis: Moore will likely battle for a roster spot for Memphis. He averaged 5.0 points and 3.0 boards in 23 games with the Warriors last season. He is not worth taking on Draft Day.
News: The San Francisco Chronicle reports that Mikki Moore was waived by the team Monday.
Analysis: Moore was waived in order to make a roster spot for Chris Hunter. His appeal in Fantasy leagues is minimal at this time and he should not be owned in most formats.
News: The San Francisco Chronicle reports Warriors forward Mikki Moore will have surgery to remove bone spurs from his right heel and is out indefinitely, the team announced Wednesday. Moore will have the foot casted and will be on crutches for several weeks. He has been bothered by the bone spurs since last season but was gutting it out because of the Warriors' injury woes.
Analysis: Keep Moore reserved in all leagues. When healthy, he has minimal Fantasy value and is not worth using in most formats.
News: The Oakland Tribune reports that Andris Biedrins is questionable for Friday's game against the L.A. Clippers due to an ailing back. "It's a little sore," Biedrins said Thursday. "Hopefully I will play, but we'll see (today)." If Biedrins cannot play, Mikki Moore is expected to be called upon as the starting center.
Analysis: Biedrins hurt his back with 2:29 left in Wednesday's game against Memphis. He was bumped under the hoops and had to twist his body to score. He wrenched his back and asked to be pulled from the game. The report added that being 100 percent by today is not realistic, Biedrins said. But because the Warriors are short-handed in the frontcourt, Biedrins said he won't wait until he is fully healthy to play. Moore is not a recommended fill-in outside of extremely deep leagues in a pinch.
News: Boston PF Mikki Moore played major minutes for the second straight game on Sunday against Oklahoma City with Kevin Garnett still out with injury. Moore responded with 12 points and 11 rebounds. He shot 6-of-8 from the field.
Analysis: Moore has double-digit rebounds in two straight games and will continue to get more minutes as the Celtics rest regulars down the stretch for a playoff run. He will most likely rarely score in double figures but his rebounding could help in deeper Fantasy leagues.
News: The Boston Globe reports new Celtics center Mikki Moore took part in Wednesday's shootaround and will play Wednesday night's game against the Clippers. "I just feel like I can help this team a lot and feed off their energy," said Moore, who signed with the Celtics on Tuesday after clearing waivers. He was let go by the Kings last Thursday. "They're a group of good guys and I want to be a part of something great."
Analysis: Keep an eye on how Moore does, and he could be worth adding if the Celtics use him with Kevin Garnett (knee) out. Most likely, Moore will get some garbage-time action against the Clippers. Moore will still play behind Garnett when he's healthy and Kendrick Perkins, Leon Powe, Glen Davis and Brian Scalabrine, who is also out Wednesday with a stiff neck.
News: The Boston Globe reports that Kings F Mikki Moore has signed with the Celtics. Contract terms were undisclosed, but he is expected to remain with the team for the rest of the season. "He just provides energy and length, has really good hands, and played well in the playoffs in the past," team president Danny Ainge said. "He was very excited to come to Boston. He was recruited by every contending playoff team. He really wanted to come [here]."
Analysis: The report added that Moore, who cleared waivers at 10 a.m., is flying from Sacramento to Los Angeles, where he is expected to catch up with the team late this morning (Pacific Standard Time). He will meet with coaching staff and undergo his physical today, and should be at the team shootaround tomorrow morning in preparation for tomorrow night's game versus the Clippers. Fantasy owners should allow him to get settled in before they view him as even a stopgap option.
News: The Boston Herald reports that Mikki Moore is expected to join the Celtics on Tuesday. Moore, who was waived last week by Sacramento, will clear waivers Tuesday morning, at which time he will be a free agent, and then sign with Boston. Moore, in his 11th year in the league, played 46 games for the Kings this season. He averaged 3.5 points and 3.3 rebounds while playing just 16 minutes per game. In his career, Moore has averaged 5.9 points, 3.9 rebounds and 0.5 blocks per game. His best season was in 2006-07 with the Nets when he averaged 9.8 points and 5.1 rebounds per game while shooting 61 percent from the field. He played in 79 games that season, starting 55. Moore played three games for the Celtics during the 2002-03 season.
Analysis: Moore could fill the P.J. Brown role in Boston from a year ago, but he would join a crowded power rotation with Kevin Garnett, Glen Davis, Leon Powe, Kendrick Perkins and Brian Scalabrine. Garnett (knee) is out 2-3 weeks, but Moore would have minimal Fantasy value with the Celtics.
News: The Boston Globe reports the Celtics are hoping to fill their need for a big man by signing Mikki Moore, who was released by Sacramento last week. Moore is expected to make his decision Monday after clearing waivers and becoming an unrestricted free agent. If Moore, 33, selects the Celtics, they would sign him for the rest of the season. The 7-foot, 225-pounder was waived by Sacramento Feb. 19. He averaged 3.5 points and 3.0 rebounds in 16.2 minutes per game in 46 games with the Kings. Moore played in three games for the Celtics while on a 10-day contract in the 2002-03 season.

News: The Kings waived veteran forward Mikki Moore on Thursday night to make room for guard Will Solomon, acquired from Toronto in a three-team trade earlier in the day. Sacramento created a space for Solomon on its roster by waiving Moore, an 11-year NBA veteran who joined his eighth team when he signed with the Kings before last season.
Analysis: Moore, who had one year left on his contract, got only sporadic playing time with Sacramento over the past month after starting 20 games earlier in the year. He played in all 82 games for the Kings last season, starting 79. He has little to no Fantasy value at this time.
News: According to reports, Mikki Moore will be bought out by the Kings and will be released. There had been talk of a possible trade involving him, but the deadline passed Thursday without a deal involving him.
Analysis: Moore could land on a team with a role off the bench for him, but it is unlikely he will catch on as a starter anywhere. Avoid him in all Fantasy formats at this time.
News: Kings PF Mikki Moore returned to action on Wednesday night against the Atlanta Hawks. Moore was missing time for personal reasons. He saw limited action against the Hawks.
Analysis: Moore does little of Fantasy significance for the Kings and should not be active in any Fantasy leagues at the moment.
News: Kings forward Mikki Moore returned to Sacramento for personal reasons on Tuesday and did not play against Dallas. While Moore could not be contacted, he is among the many Kings expecting a baby soon and might have left to attend to his pregnant fiancée.
Analysis: Keep Moore reserved in all daily leagues and hope he can return soon. When active, however, he has minimal Fantasy value.
News:The Sports Xchange notes that Kings F Mikki Moore is back in the Kings' rotation for the time being, having played 13, 19, and 16 minutes, respectively, in the last three games against Phoenix, Utah and Oklahoma City. Yet after having a season-high 12 points and seven rebounds against the Jazz, Moore was not nearly as productive with five points and four rebounds against the Thunder Sunday.
Analysis: Moore is not recommended for Fantasy play just yet as he's just averaging three points, three boards and an assist over his last five games.
News: Kings PF Mikki Moore returned to action Monday at Portland after the 7-foot center missed the past four games with a sprained ankle. He remained out of the starting lineup, though, contributing six points and five rebounds in 20 minutes off the bench.
Analysis: Moore is more of a space filler than a stat producer, and the Kings seem to prefer Spencer Hawes in the starting lineup right now. Leave Moore on waivers in all but the deepest of Fantasy leagues.
News: Kings F Mikki Moore (ankle) was unable to return Sunday against the Lakers. He is considered day-to-day.
Analysis: Moore is getting anywhere from 20-30 minutes per game and a handful of offensive shots when healthy. He's not going to give you big rebound numbers on a regular basis and is a very low-end Fantasy forward despite his role as a starter.
News: Kings PF Mikki Moore (ankle) did not return to action Friday against the Trail Blazers. He has missed the last three games and remains questionable heading into Sunday against the Lakers.
Analysis: Moore is getting anywhere from 20-30 minutes per game and a handful of offensive shots when healthy. He's not going to give you big rebound numbers on a regular basis and is a very low-end Fantasy forward despite his role as a starter.

News: Kings PF Mikki Moore missed Tuesday's game at Memphis with a sprained right ankle. He had only two points in each of his last two games.
Analysis: Moore mostly just takes up space in the Kings lineup, meaning you can't count on him for reliable Fantasy totals. Leave him on waivers in all but deeper leagues.
News: Kings F Mikki Moore had eight points, a rebound, a steal and an assist Wednesday against the Clippers before fouling out. He had 10 points, five rebounds, two assists and two steals a night earlier at home against Detroit.
Analysis: Moore is getting anywhere from 20-30 minutes per game and a handful of offensive shots. He's not going to give you big rebound numbers on a regular basis and is a very low-end Fantasy forward despite his role as a starter.
News:Mikki Moore had his most productive game of the season to date Wednesday against Memphis with 11 rebounds to go with six points, two assists and a steal. He started and played 32 minutes. Moore had just four rebounds in four games coming in.
Analysis: Moore needed a game like this with rookie Jason Thompson breathing down his neck for minutes. But still, Moore's outlook is not that great with Thompson being a better offensive option and just as productive -- if not more on the bench. Moore will need more games like this to keep his playing time around 30 minutes per game.
News: Kings PF Mikki Moore looked like he'll spend another season as just a placeholder Wednesday in the season opener at Minnesota. He started, played only 21 minutes, and finished with eight points, no rebounds.
Analysis: Moore's primary contribution is rebounds, so if he doesn't get those, he doesn't matter in Fantasy. He hardly matters anyway, averaging only 8.5 points and 6.0 rebounds last year. Leave him for deeper leagues.
News: The Kings will play three road games in Fantasy Week 1 (Oct. 27-Nov. 2). They will travel to Minnesota, Miami and Orlando to begin the season.
Analysis: With a full three-game schedule this week, Kevin Martin and John Salmons are great starts. Francisco Garcia has some upside in deeper formats that use four or five forwards, but it is recommended to monitor him before activating. Up front, Mikki Moore could have some sleeper value in Rotisserie formats for rebounds with Miller out, but he is a low-end option at best for deep formats. Jason Thompson, Shelden Williams, Quincy Doubty, Bobby Jones and Donte Greene are not recommended options this week.
News: Kings F Mikki Moore appeared in all 82 games during the 2007-08 regular season. It was the first time in his 10-year NBA career that he appeared in 82 games. He also started a career-high 79 games at power forward for the Kings.
Analysis: Moore didn't "break out" until his ninth NBA season last year with the Nets after Nenad Krstic got hurt. He parlayed that into a deal with Sacramento and became the team's regular power forward. He can be around 10 points and 10 rebounds on some nights, but isn't anything more than a No. 4 forward in most Fantasy formats, worth a pick in the late rounds, despite his starting gig.
News: Kings F Mikki Moore had 16 points with five rebounds and an assist in Thursday's win over the Clippers. He's scored in double figures in three straight games and four of his last five.
Analysis: Moore averaged 10.7 ppg in March and appears to be headed for a respectable finish. He's useful as a No. 4 Fantasy forward in leagues of 12-plus teams.
News: With the team building toward the future, Kings forward Mikki Moore has certainly laid a few of his own building blocks, reports the Sacramento Bee. His shot has improved, with him making 39 of 55 attempts in the past seven games while averaging 13.9 points. The fact Moore has been accurate is no real surprise. He led the league in field-goal percentage last season and leads the Kings this season, shooting 56.6 percent. But the mid-range jumper that was a key part of his game during the 2006-07 season in New Jersey has re-emerged recently, with Moore hitting from all over the floor while remaining a dynamic finisher around the rim.
Analysis: In 13 games prior to the recent improved stretch, Moore had scored in single digits 12 times, so his game is improving. Hopefully it will continue toward the end of the season. For now, consider Moore a No. 4 Fantasy option in all scoring formats.
News: Kings forward Mikki Moore went for 19 points, 10 rebounds and one assist Tuesday against Golden State.
Analysis: Moore has started to play well recently, just like he did at the end of last season. If he's out there, now might be a good time to add him to your Fantasy league and hope this type of production continues.
News: Kings PF Mikki Moore just missed out on a double-double Sunday against the Lakers. He scored 14 points and added nine rebounds in 32 minutes. He went 5 of 7 from the field and hit all four free-throw attempts. It was the second time in three games he scored in double figures.
Analysis: Moore is averaging 9.0 points in March, his highest total since averaging 10.0 points in December. Moore has been a valuable asset for the Kings this season, but serves more of a purpose for his real team than Fantasy owners. He remains a low-end Fantasy forward.
News: Kings F Mikki Moore shot 7-for-9 from the field in Wednesday's overtime loss to the Clippers. He finished with 20 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists.
Analysis: Moore did all of this before fouling out. He played his best all-around game of the season on a night when Ron Artest and Kevin Martin were out with minor injuries. Don't expect him to be able to follow this one up with another big scoring night.
News: Kings forward Mikki Moore went for six points, 13 rebounds and three assists Tuesday against the Lakers.
Analysis: Moore is a low-end Fantasy forward. He is good for grabbing rebounds here and there, but for the most part he doesn't score very often.
News: Kings PF Mikki Moore scored 10 points and grabbed seven rebounds in 33 minutes Wednesday against the Hawks. It was the first time in 10 games that Moore scored in double figures.
Analysis: Moore is averaging 7.7 points on the season and that should say plenty about his Fantasy value. He was much more important to New Jersey last season than he is to Sacramento this season. He has very little Fantasy value.
News: Kings F Mikki Moore had 7 points with a rebound Wednesday against Atlanta, shooting 2-for-2 from the field. He's scored a combined 10 points in his last two games.
Analysis: Moore will continue to start for the Kings at power forward, but his minutes have been around 20-25 in the last few games. He did have 9 rebounds on Tuesday, but will be too erratic to rely upon as anything more than a Fantasy stopgap on a championship contender.
News: Kings F Mikki Moore had just 4 points and 4 rebounds in Saturday's loss at Golden State in just 21 minutes on the floor. He's has 11 points and 11 rebounds combined in his last two games.
Analysis: Despite starting, Moore is going to be an erratic Fantasy option for the stretch run. He can be around 10 points and 10 boards one night and 4 and 4 then next.
News: Kings F Mikki Moore had 7 points and 7 rebounds in Friday's win over Utah. He shot 2-for-4 from the field and also added an assist.
Analysis: Moore had been developing into a solid Fantasy option recently before putting together a couple of less-than-stellar lines. Don't count him out just yet, though. He was a second-half Fantasy darling last season while with the Nets.
News: Kings F Mikki Moore had just five points with two rebounds and a block Saturday against Chicago before fouling out after just 25 minutes of play.
Analysis: Moore was averaging 10.3 ppg, 7.0 rpg, 2.7 bpg and 1.0 apg over his previous three games and had been developing into a solid Fantasy option. Don't count him out just because of this game, though. He was a second-half Fantasy darling last season while with the Nets.
News: Kings F Mikki Moore had 10-plus points for the third straight game Friday against New Orleans, hitting exactly four shots in each contest. He had seven rebounds, three blocks and an assist while shooting 4-for-5 from beyond the arc with only one turnover.
Analysis: Moore is averaging 10.3 ppg, 7.0 rpg, 2.7 bpg and 1.0 apg over his last three games and is quickly becoming a useful Fantasy forward. Now is as good a time as ever to start Moore, who was a second-half Fantasy darling last season while with the New Jersey Nets.
News: Kings F Mikki Moore had 11 points with eight rebounds, four blocks, a steal and an assist in Wednesday's win over Charlotte. He's had at least 10 points in back-to-back games.
Analysis: Moore can be effective for help in rebounds and blocks at times for Fantasy owners, but his outputs are far too sporadic to rely upon him as anything more than a short-term stopgap.
News: Kings PF Mikki Moore had 22 points -- his second-highest single-game total of the season -- and 11 rebounds Saturday at Indiana, giving him his fourth double-double.
Analysis: Moore had gone seven games without scoring in double figures, so don't let one random good performance encourage you to pick him up in Fantasy. He remains a low-end option unless these numbers become a trend.
News: Kings F Mikki Moore had just four points and seven rebounds in Saturday's loss to Indiana. He shot 1-for-4 from the field in 28 minutes of action.
Analysis: Moore has failed to score in double figures in five out of six January games, but he has managed to bring down at least seven boards in five out of six of those games. He's a cheap source for rebounds in deeper leagues, but don't expect much else.
News: Kings PF Mikki Moore brought down seven rebounds to go with seven points in Thursday's win over Memphis. He has had at least seven rebounds in five of his last six games.
Analysis: Moore has had some problems staying on the court in recent games, fouling out of three games already in January. He's picked up at least four fouls in seven of his last eight games. Still, he's become a nice, cheap source for rebounds in larger formats.
News: Kings forward Mikki Moore had eight points and a game-high 12 rebounds Tuesday against Orlando. He also added two assists.
Analysis: Moore has been shaky this season, but if he rebounds like this, he should be considered a No. 4 Fantasy forward. Continue to monitor his progress because he could be worth adding in your Fantasy league.
News: Kings PF Mikki Moore, a disappointment for much of the season, recorded his second double-double in three games Friday at Cleveland. He had 11 points and 11 rebounds in 39 minutes. He had arguably his best game of the season Tuesday when he scored 20 points and pulled down 12 rebounds.
Analysis: Moore entered the game averaging around eight points and six rebounds per game, so he doesn't have much Fantasy appeal. Keep track of how he performs in the coming days, though, because a hot streak could necessitate a pickup.
News: Kings PF Mikki Moore had 11 points with five rebounds, two assists and a steal in Sunday's loss to Denver. He also had three blocks.
Analysis: Moore has scored 10-plus points in back-to-back games. He's finally starting play like he did in a breakout campaign a year ago with the Nets. Use him as a low-end Fantasy forward.
News: Kings PF Mikki Moore scored a season-high 24 points Friday at Philadelphia. The mark also tied his career high. He shot 10-of-11 from the floor.
Analysis: Moore also had five rebounds Friday and is averaging 6.9 per game through seven December games. His minutes have increased recently, but don't put too much stock into Friday's performance. He remains just a low-end Fantasy forward who can suffice as a short-term stopgap.
News: Kings F Mikki Moore is averaging 7.2 rpg in six December games after averaging 4.9 rpg during the first full month of the season.
Analysis: Moore is getting more playing time and as a result is getting more chances to bring down rebounds. He can chip in around 10 points every once in a while, but he's still just a low-end Fantasy forward who can be useful as a short-term stopgap.
News: Kings PF Mikki Moore scored a season-high 10 points in Sunday's win vs. Detroit, his eighth start of the season. He also added a season-high nine rebounds with an assist, a steal and a block.
Analysis: Moore continues to start in place of Kenny Thomas, but he hadn't really shown signs of the player he was in New Jersey last season until Sunday. Start adding him in larger formats because he can be a decent No. 4 forward when he's playing at this level for a long stretch.
News: Kings PF Mikki Moore scored just five points with three rebounds in Saturday's win vs. Minnesota.
Analysis: Moore has started four of the six games so far this season, but is averaging just 4.3 ppg and 3.5 rpg. As long as that continues, Moore is not worth starting in Fantasy.
News: Kings PF Mikki Moore started Saturday at the Mavericks, but he didn't do much. In 28 minutes, he had four points, three rebounds and two assists.
Analysis: Kenny Thomas has also started some at power forward for the Kings this season. Moore is proving more and more that his 2006-07 season with the Nets was a fluke. He has little Fantasy value.
News: Kings PF Mikki Moore scored three points with four rebounds and an assist in Wednesday's season opener at New Orleans -- his first official game with Sacramento.
Analysis: Moore had a chance to start at power forward, but lost out in the preseason to Kenny Thomas. That isn't exactly a tough mountain to climb for Moore, but don't expect him to repeat his somewhat fluky campaign from a season ago with the Nets.
News: According to The Sports Xchange, Kenny Thomas beat out Mikki Moore and Shareef Abdur-Rahim for the starting power forward job in Sacramento.
Analysis: Moore didn't exactly distinguish himself this preason, so this move doesn't come as a surprise. Moore played a little bit over his head in New Jersey last season and is nothing more than a low-end option in Fantasy.
News: Kings PF Mikki Moore is averaging 4.4 ppg, 4.2 rpg and 1.0 apg in five preseason games.
Analysis: Even with Shareef Abdur-Rahim sitting out the preseason so far, Moore has been unable to distinguish himself the way he did last season in New Jersey. Moore will enter this year as a low-end option again because of the depth up front for the Kings.
News: Mikki Moore agreed to a contract with the Sacramento Kings on Friday night, leaving the New Jersey Nets to join his eighth NBA team. The 7-foot Moore had a breakthrough campaign with the Nets last season, averaging career highs of 9.8 points and 5.1 rebounds while making nearly 61 percent of his shots, leading the NBA. He started 55 games for New Jersey while filling in for injured Nenad Krstic, providing energy and veteran experience as the Nets reached the second round of the playoffs.
Analysis: Moore will compete for playing time with forwards Shareef Abdur-Rahim and Kenny Thomas and center Brad Miller. Moore became Fantasy relevant at the end of last season, but he will enter this year as a low-end option again because of the depth up front for the Kings.
News: After reportedly reaching an agreement with Vince Carter on a deal that will allow him to remain with the team, the other potential free agent the Nets would like to re-sign up is center Mikki Moore, who took over the starting job after Krstic was lost in December with a knee injury.
Analysis: Moore averaged career-bests of 9.8 points and 5.1 rebounds while leading the league in field goal percentage at .609. We believe he'll re-sign with the Nets, but will take on a slightly smaller role with Krstic expected to be healthy. Consider him in the late-rounds as a viable reserve on Draft Day.
News: Nets C Mikki Moore scored 11 points with five rebounds Thursday night at Cleveland. He is averaging 11.8 ppg and 4.6 rpg over his last five games.
Analysis: Moore has been a terrific find off the waiver wire for Fantasy GMs in larger leagues as a No. 2 center, but that has been due to the absence of Nenad Krstic for much of the season. With Krstic expected to be 100 percent next season, Moore likely won't be quite as valuable and should only be drafted in the late rounds come Draft Day, if at all.
News: Forward Mikki Moore began Friday's game in horrible fashion -- shooting 1-of-6. But Moore, who leads the Nets with .602 shooting, hit his final seven shots and finished with 16 points.
Analysis: Moore has emerged as a solid No. 2 Fantasy center in all leagues and is one of the only bright spots for the Nets lately. Continue to use him in that role down the stretch.

News: Nets C Mikki Moore (flu) was able to play Saturday afternoon vs. Boston after being sent home from practice on Thursday.
Analysis: Moore has been a solid replacement for Nenad Krstic and has proven to be able to hit the mid-range jumper with regularity. So much so that the Nets actually design plays for him. Fantasy owners sould continue to use Moore as a quality No. 2 Fantasy center. Feel safe starting him in the upcoming scoring period as it appears the flu is not an issue.

News: Mikki Moore scored a career-high 22 points, and Jason Kidd had 18 points, 10 assists and 10 rebounds in his eighth triple-double of the season for New Jersey.
Analysis: Moore, the well-traveled veteran who had never started more than four games in an NBA season, has helped out with strong play during 14 straight starts for the Nets. He went 8-for-8 against Sacramento, and his defense helped to contain Ron Artest.
News: According to the New York Times, the Nets will be without Richard Jefferson (ankle) for about the next six weeks after he undergoes arthroscopic surgery Monday to remove loose fragments from his right ankle.
Analysis: Coach Lawrence Frank said his team needs to find a way to cope with Jefferson's absence. When Jefferson missed five games early in the season after rolling his left ankle, Antoine Wright started in his place. But Wright has fallen out of the rotation and Frank said he was not sure who would replace Jefferson. He said matchups could dictate his starting lineup, which may change from game to game. Think about adding Wright as a potential stopgap option, but much of Jefferson's 16.1 ppg and 4.5 rpg will likely be absorbed among Jason Kidd, Vince Carter and possibly Mikki Moore.

He finished shooting 9-of-13 with 19 points, the second-best total of his career.

News: Mikki Moore started at center for the Nets and scored 18 points Saturday at Cleveland, the second time he has achieved that figure in three games -- he had 20 last week. Moore has only two other games of at least 18 points in his career.
Analysis: The Nets needed a patchwork alignment Saturday in Cleveland. Jason Collins sat for the second straight game with a lower back strain. Then reserve Josh Boone was scratched with a migraine. So Coach Lawrence Frank went with what size he had for starters: 7-0 Mikki Moore and 6-10 Cliff Robinson. Moore will likely continue to start at center for the Nets with Nenad Krstic out for the year, but there is the possibility that they make a move for another big man. Until then, Moore is well worth adding in leagues that require two starting centers. We don't think he has this in him on a constant basis, but who knows?
News: Nets C/F Mikki Moore got some revenge, in a way, although he wasn't trying on Saturday against the Timberwolves. When Moore first came out of college, he went to Minnesota's pre-season camp and made it to the final cut. He received praise and encouragement -- but no job. So he lit the T-Wolves for 20 points with 9-of-9 shooting Saturday.
Analysis: Moore is already starting to become a popular pickup on Fantasy waiver wires as most people forsee him taking over for Krstic. He has the ability to become a low-end No. 2 Fantasy center, but continue to keep an eye on his progress before making that investment.

News: Reserve center Mikki Moore, whose playing time will rise with the injury to Nenad Krstic, continued to impress off the bench. On Friday against the Lakers, he tied his season high with eight rebounds -- in 21 minutes.
Analysis: It was the third time he has had eight rebounds this season. His ownership should get a big boost as the Nets will need him to make up for the loss of Krstic unless they make some sort of a trade. He has the ability to become a low-end No. 2 Fantasy center.
News: According to the New York Daily News Nets backup center Mikki Moore was arrested at Newark Airport early Saturday shortly after the team's flight from Toronto touched down. He was the victim of an erroneous warrant stemming from child-support issues.
Analysis: Moore, an eight-year veteran in his second stint with the Nets, said he spent his time chatting with police, who first thought he was a Knick. He said he told police that he understood they were just doing their jobs. Moore said what bothered him the most about the incident was that he couldn't make it to the Nets' practice facility yesterday morning to get treatment on his ailing back. He spent much of his time before last night's game getting that treatment. He's someone to consider in larger Rotisserie formats for help in the field goal percentage category, but isn't really a useful head-to-head player at this time.
News: Nets C Mikki Moore is maintaining his staggering field goal percentage. Moore went 4-of-4 on the road against Toronto Friday. Moore is now shooting .709 (39-of-55) on the season and is 34-of-44 (.772) in the 13 games since Cliff Robinson went out.

News: Veteran Clifforf Robinson (14 points) posted his season-high in points Friday for the second straight game, coming off a 12-point effort Wednesday.
Analysis: Robinson again played three positions and remains one of the Nets' most dependable and versatile subs. Despite the back-to-back good games, he remains an irregular Fantasy option.
News: Nets reserves Mile Ilic, Josh Boone, Eddie House, Mikki Moore and Jeff McInnis did not play in Wednesday's win over Utah.

News: The Nets bench will consist of rookie guard Marcus Williams, forward Cliff Robinson, guard/forward Antoine Wright, guard Eddie House, forward/center Josh Boone, center Mikki Moore, guard Hassan Adams, forward Bostjan Nachbar and center Mile Ilic to start the season.
Analysis: On paper, the bench is sound. But that was the case last season as well and the reserves were an overall disappointment. The first matter is to get everyone healthy -- and then get them matured. Antoine Wright could be the breakout performer from a generally young bench. The Nets' first round pick in 2005, Wright has worked diligently at all aspects of his game and early reviews show a reliable shooter and decent defender. Cliff Robinson can play across the front. Josh Boone will bring energy and shot-blocking -- when he returns. A lot is being asked of Marcus Williams, the first round pick the franchise adores. Eddie House is the hired gun shooter when healthy. Hassan Adams and Mikki Moore bring energy and Bostjan Nachbar has a shooter's touch geared for a running game.
News: The Seattle Post-Intelligencer is reporting Moore has exercised the player option on his contract and he will be back in Seattle for the 2006-07 season.
Analysis: Moore has been instrumental in the developement of fellow centers Johan Petro and Robert Swift. He has only minimal Fantasy appeal in larger leagues.
News: Mikki Moore could see more playing time soon. Coach Bob Hill said that only good things happen when Moore is on the floor and that he may have to use him more.
Analysis: More doesn't really mean more from a Fantasy perspective. Mikki is still a long way from becoming a Fantasy option.
News: Mikki Moore got the start in Vladimir Radmanovic's place on Thursday night vs. Dallas instead of Nick Collison. Collison has played a total of 39 minutes in his last six games combined.
Analysis: Obviously, Collison should not be on any Fantasy rosters at this point. Mikki Moore is not worth much, either.

Analysis: Moore has minimal Fantasy appeal despite the increase in minutes unless he can supplant Chris Kaman in the starting lineup.
News: Moore scored 18 points with 14 rebounds in Saturday's game against the Lakers. He shot 7-for-14 from the floor and 4-for-4 from the line while Elton Brand served a one-game suspension from the leage.
Analysis: Moore will likely go back to the bench after Brand returns next game. He's somebody to remember though if Brand ever has to miss playing time later in the season.
News: Moore had 18 points and 10 rebounds in just 19 minutes during Sunday's game against the Suns, both are new career-highs.
Analysis: Moore is not a reliable Fantasy option at this time. There is too much talent ahead of him in the frontcourt.
News: Moore drained all six of his shots from the floor and he added four free throws in Wednesday's game at Indiana to finish with 16 points. He also chipped in with seven rebounds.
Analysis: Moore received 26 minutes partly because of his perfect shooting, but also because the game was a blowout in L.A.'s favor. It is unrealistic to expect this type of production on a consistent basis from the journeyman.
