Paul Millsap (shoulder) was already out due to injury. The Hawks will give Jeff Teague, Kyle Korver, DeMarre Carroll and Al Horford the day off for rest. 

The Wizards are two-point favorites at home.

(3/31/2015) After sitting out of Saturday’s contest to rest, all five Hawks starters will return to the starting lineup for Tuesday’s game at Detorit, reports Pistons.com.

The normal starting lineup for the Hawks includes forwards Paul Millsap, DeMarre Carroll, guards Kyle Korver, Jeff Teague and center Al Horford.

The Hawks are 6-point underdogs.

(3/30/2015) After sitting the entire starting lineup for Saturday's contest, the Hawks will most likely be starting Jeff Teague and the other regular starters for Monday's game against the Bucks, reports the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Along with Teague, the Hawks also rested forwards Paul Millsap and DeMarre Carroll, guard Kyle Korver and center Al Horford on Saturday. With the team also playing Tuesday at Detroit, the starters are expected to rest then.

(3/28/2015) With the top seed in the Eastern Conference wrapped up, the Hawks will not play their starting five on Saturday in order to rest them, reports the Atlanta Journal Constitutional

Forwards Paul Millsap and DeMarre Carroll, guard Kyle Korver and center Al Horford will sit out Saturday's game in Charlotte.

Starting guard Jeff Teague is already out with a left ankle sprain.

It's expected that backups John Jenkins, Mike Muscala and Elton Brand will get the start tonight.

Teague missed Friday's game but was originally considered questionable for Saturday's contest at the Hornets. The team's official injury report listed him as out, however. 

The Hawks are 2.5-point favorites on the road.

(3/27/2015) Hawks guard Jeff Teague, who hurt his ankle in Wednesday's game against the Magic, will not play Friday against the Heat, per the Atlanta Journal-Constitution

Teague, who turned his left ankle on Wednesday, yet returned to score nine fourth-quarter points, decided he could not go as his ankle remained tender. Dennis Schroder will start in his place. 

"We will just wait and see how it goes and err on the side of caution," Hawks coach Mike Budenholzer said. 

Teague is averaging 16.3 points and 7.0 assists in 65 games this season.

Teague had been dealing with an illness earlier in the week, but has been able to play through it the past couple games. It's unclear why he won't play on Saturday. Carroll has also been healthy lately, and the team may have just decided to rest their veterans.

Despite a brief injury scare, Teague shot the ball well and added six assists to his totals. Teague has now scored over 20 points in each of his last four games and is averaging 23.3 points and 7.3 assists. He and the Hawks will look to bounce back Monday against the Timberwolves.

NBA All-Star reserves selected

(1/29/2015) The reserves for both the Eastern Conference and Western Conference All-Star squads were announced Thursday.

In the East, Cavaliers guard Kyrie Irving, Bulls guard Jimmy Butler, Heat guard Dwyane Wade, Hawks guard Jeff Teague, Hawks forward Paul Millsap, Heat forward Chris Bosh and Hawks center Al Horford were selected to the All-Star team.

In the West, Rockets guard James Harden, Warriors guard Klay Thompson, Thunder guard Russell Westbrook, Clippers guard Chris Paul, Thunder forward Kevin Durant, Trail Blazers forward LaMarcus Aldridge and Spurs forward Tim Duncan were named All-Star reserves.

The 2015 NBA All-Star Game will be played in New York City's Madison Square Garden on Feb. 15.
