Bradley missed practice Thursday due to an elbow injury, but was still thought to be probable for Friday's game. He's averaging 17.2 points per game for Boston.

(11/6/2014) Celtics guard Avery Bradley missed Thursday’s practice due to a strained muscle in his left elbow, according to the Boston Globe.

Despite missing practice, Bradley is probable for Friday’s game against Indiana.

Bradley played 27 minutes in Wednesday’s game against the Raptors, scoring 16 points. He is averaging 17.2 points and 2.8 rebounds on the season.

(7/2/2014) Boston may have locked up restricted free agent Avery Bradley for the next four years, according to The Boston Globe. Entering his fifth year in the league, the defensive-minded guard has agreed to a deal with the Celtics for four-years worth $32 million.

Bradley's monetary value was hard to assess considering he's a unique, young defensive expert. His 40 percent three-point rate last season probably aided in Boston's decision to retain him. He averaged a career-high 14.9 points and 3.8 rebounds per game last season.

(6/29/2014) The Celtics have extended a qualifying offer to guard Avery Bradley, officially making him a restricted free agent.

Bradley took a step forward last season, averaging a career-high 14.9 points and 3.8 rebounds per game. He shot 43.8 percent from the field and 39.5 percent from three-point range, on a career-high 79 makes.

Bradley might not have a starting job waiting for him in the even he returns to Boston, after the team drafted Marcus Smart. Bradley will likely be looking for a long-term deal, but the Celtics have matching rights now.

(4/10/2014) Celtics guard Avery Bradley was back in the lineup Wednesday against the Hawks, after missing three games with Achilles soreness.

Bradley played 35 minutes as a starter, scoring 24 points to lead the team. He added four rebounds, three steals and two assists as well, though the Celtics fell, 105-97.

Bradley is heading into restricted free agency for the first time, averaging a career-high 14.2 points and 3.7 rebounds in his 56 appearances this season.

(4/2/2014) Celtics guard Avery Bradley was unable to play Wednesday against the Wizards, due to a strained right Achilles. He tried to loosen up the injury in pregame warm-ups after taking part in a limited portion of morning shootaround, but was unable to take the floor in time for tipoff.

Bradley will be considered day to day moving forward, heading into Friday's game against the 76ers.

Bradley had been limited by a right ankle injury earlier this month. He was held to just one point with three assists and two rebounds in 14 minutes before the injury. He came in averaging 14.4 points, 3.8 rebounds and 1.3 assists per game this season. His status is now up in the air for Wednesday against Washington.

Bradley shot 12 of 19 from the floor, including 4 of 9 from 3-point land. He did all of his damage in 35 minutes of game action, also contributing with four rebounds, one assist, one steal and one block. He is averaging 16.6 points, 2.8 rebounds and 1.2 assists over his last five games.

Bradley scored nine points on 4 of 12 from the floor, including 0 of 1 from downtown, and 1 of 1 from the free throw line. He also chipped in with one rebounds and one steal while logging 17 minutes of game action. It was his first game action since Feb. 9 because of an ankle injury.

(3/6/2014) Celtics guard Avery Bradley underwent a second MRI on his injured ankle, which came back negative. He has been cleared to workout, but will need at least two more weeks to let the bone bruise in his right ankle heal, according to the Boston Herald on Thursday.

"Avery had a good workout today," said president of basketball operations Danny Ainge. "The MRI showed that things are way better, and he can increase his workload. He's doing good. It's just a bone bruise with inflammation in his ankle."

(2/26/2014) The Celtics continue to be hit hard by injury, and they will be missing four rotation players for Wednesday against the Hawks. Coach Brad Stevens announced prior to tip that centers Jared Sullinger (concussion), Kelly Olynyk (toe) and Vitor Faverani (knee) and guard Avery Bradley (ankle) are all out for that evening's game as a result of their injury.

The team is off until Saturday when they face the Pacers, given each player two more days to heal before trying to play again.

Bradley has been sidelined with a sprained right ankle, which caused him to miss his team's finale game before the break. Head coach Brad Stevens said Bradley resprained the ankle that cost him five games at the end of January.

"Soreness" limited Rondo to light shooting, and Bradley's ankle held him to the same minimal activity. Both are considered day-to-day.
