Ray McCallum looks out of place in start

(3/27/2014) Kings guard Ray McCallum struggled in his first career start Wednesday, playing 43 minutes in a 107-99 loss to the Knicks.
McCallum started in the place of Isaiah Thomas, who missed his first game of the season with a quad injury. He finished with 10 points, but shot just 3 of 14 from the field, missing both of his three-point attempts. He filled up the box score well otherwise, however, adding six rebounds, five assists and a steal, while turning the ball over just twice.
McCallum has hardly played as a rookie, and the No. 36 overall pick in this year's draft hasn't really done much to stand out. He is averaging 3.8 points and 1.3 assists per game in 34 appearances, while shooting just 35.8 percent from the field.
