(3/6/2015) Guard Nate Wolters is back in the NBA Development League as the Grand Rapids Drive has signed him, according to Yahoo! Sports

Wolters was not re-signed by the Pelicans after his recent 10-day contract expired.

(2/3/2015) The Pelicans are not planning on signing guard Nate Wolters for the remainder of the season. According to Shams Charania of RealGM, the Pelicans are going to let Wolters walk once his second 10-day contract with the Pelicans expires.

Wolters was waived by the Bucks in early January. He has scored only 17 points while logging 105 minutes in 10 games with the Pelicans.

(1/22/2015) Pelicans point guard Nate Wolters is expected to sign a second 10-day contract with the team, Yahoo! Sports reports.

Wolters, who signed with New Orleans last Wednesday, has made 15 appearances between the Pelicans and Bucks this season, averaging 2.2 points on 37.2 percent shooting. After seeing limited action in his first three games with the Pelicans, the point guard played 22 minutes Wednesday, scoring six points and grabbing six rebounds.

It was reported earlier in the week that Milwaukee would waive Wolters in order to add Martin, but that has yet to happen. If the Bucks fail to trade Wolters, then they'll likely part ways with the 23-year-old. Wolters has appeared in only 11 games, logging 12.9 minutes per contest. He's also averaging 2.3 points and 1.5 rebounds while shooting 38.7 percent from the field over that span.

Wolters has been sidelined since Nov. 21 because of the issue. He has been a marginal contributor through his first five games played this season, averaging 3.0 points and 2.0 rebounds per contest.

His next chance to return will come Wednesday against Dallas.

Wolters finished his rookie season averaging 7.2 points, 3.2 assists and 2.6 rebounds per game in 58 appearances, while shooting 43.7 percent from the field.

(3/21/2014) Although he suffered a broken hand in Thursday's loss to the Warriors, the Bucks have not officially ruled guard Nate Wolters out for the season yet, the Journal Sentinel reports. He will sit out the next two road games and will be evaluated by team doctor Michael Gordon.

Wolters said he was injured earlier in the game and actually played several minutes with a broken hand before the throbbing pain forced him back to the locker room for an X-ray.

"I just got hit," Wolters said, per the paper. "Hopefully I can get back on the court as soon as possible. We'll just see what happens."

Wolters started in 31 games, appearing in 58 games. He averaged just 7.2 points, 3.4 assists and 2.5 rebounds while shooting 43.7 percent from the floor per contest. The Bucks have 13 games left this season, which gives Wolters a small timeframe for a return, depending on the severity of the fracture.

(3/12/2014) Bucks guard Nate Wolters put together a strong performance Tuesday, in a 112-101 loss to the Timberwolves.

Wolters scored in double figures for just the second time in five games, and he put up 14 points in 31 minutes, his best total since Feb. 18. He shot 5 of 6 from the field and made two 3-pointers, while adding three rebounds and three assists go go along with two turnovers.

Wolters struggled with his shot early in his rookie season, but has sorted out his issues recently. He shot 44.8 percent in the month of February and is already up to 54.9 percent while averaging 10.8 points per game in six March contests.

(2/23/2014) Bucks guard Nate Wolters played just five minutes in the second half of Saturday's game against the Pacers, and it wasn't until after the game that we found out why. The team announced Wolters suffered a sprained ankle in first half and couldn't play through it in the 110-100 loss.

Wolters was scoreless on two missed field goals in 19 minutes before leaving, and was held without an assists as well. He will likely be day to day moving forward, heading into the team's next game, Monday against the 76ers.

Wolters has been productive for a second-round pick, averaging 6.3 points, 3.4 assists and 2.1 rebounds per game in 38 appearances.
