Report: Nets working on trading Andrei Kirilenko back to the Jazz

(12/6/2014) Nets veteran forward Andrei Kirilenko could be traded to the Jazz at some point after Dec. 15. A source told the Deseret News that a deal between both sides is "very possible." The trade would reportedly send forwards Jeremy Evans and Toure' Murry to Brooklyn.

Kirilenko spent the first 10 seasons of his NBA career in Utah. The 33-year-old started the season as a marginal contributor under new coach Lionel Hollins and has been away from the team recently to tend to a personal matter. He's averaging under one point in just seven appearances this season.


Knicks send Toure' Murry back to D-League

(1/31/2014) One day after recalling him from the D-League, the Knicks sent guard Toure' Murry back to the Erie BayHawks Friday.

Murry has played the back-and-fourth game with Erie, playing eight minutes with the Knicks Tuesday and six minutes with the Knicks Thursday. He'll likely be recalled for Saturday's game against the Heat.

(1/30/2014) The Knicks have announced several roster moves on Thursday, NBA.com reports. They have recalled guard Toure' Murry, and centers Cole Aldrich and Jeremy Tyler from the Erie BayHawks of the D-League. 

Toure' Murry doing little in reserve role

(1/14/2014) Knicks guard Toure' Murry played just eight minutes Tuesday against the Bobcats, in a 108-98 loss.

Murry, who has been playing more recently with Beno Udrih out with a knee injury, played sparingly off the bench with Udrih back. He finished the game scoreless on three field-goal attempts, while adding one rebound and two assists.

Murry is averaging 3.3 points and 1.2 assists per game in 22 appearances as an undrafted rookie for the Knicks. 


Toure' Murry scores 11 off the bench

(12/28/2013) Knicks rookie guard Toure' Murry enjoyed his best performance of the season as he scored 11 points off the bench on 5 of 11 shooting and 1 of 2 from the free throw line in his team's 115-100 defeat to Toronto.

Murry also contributed with six assists, three rebounds and three steals while logging a career-high 27 minutes of game action. It was his first game in double figures. He is averaging 5.8 points, 2.8 assists and 2.5 rebounds over his last five games.

Toure' Murry scores first career points Sunday

(11/10/2013) Knicks rookie guard Toure' Murry scored the first points of his career in Sunday's 120-89 loss to the Spurs, going 2 of 3 from the field and 1 for 2 from the stripe for five points in four minutes of action.

Murry was the beneficiary of a blowout loss, getting to see the floor for the second time this season. He also had one rebound in the loss.
