by Chris Towers | CBSSports.com
(3/30/2014) Heat forward Shane Battier might surpass the 30,000-minute regular season minute mark sometime in the final weeks of the season, but he does not seem too interested in reaching any other milestones. Battier told reporters Saturday this will likely be his final season in the NBA.

"It would take an act of God to change it & that act of God hasn't come," Battier said, via BleacherReport.com.

Battier has never played a smaller role than he currently is for the Heat, averaging just 4.2 points and 2.0 rebounds in 20.3 minutes per game, all of which are career-low totals. He is looking to go out as a champion for the third season in a row to cap off a 13-year career.
