(3/5/2014) Wizards forward Drew Gooden has barely played in since signing his 10-day contract, but he put together a solid game when called on against the Jazz Wednesday.

Gooden, appearing in his third game of the season, could barely miss in his 19 minutes of action. He shot 6 of 7 from the field for 12 points, and added three rebounds, two assists and a steal in a 104-91 win.

Bucks part ways with Gooden

by Chris Towers | CBSSports.com
(7/25/2013) With the growth of their younger players, it has become clear the Bucks have had no place for Drew Gooden in their plans in recent years. It came as no surprise, then, that the team opted to waive Gooden using the amnesty provision this offseason, saving the remaining two years and $13.4 million on his contract. Gooden is now a free agent entering his 12th NBA season.
