Cavaliers guard Iman Shumpert still working on conditioning

(2:12 pm ET) While Cavaliers guard Iman Shumpert was able to make his debut for the Cavaliers on Friday, coach David Blatt said he is still a few weeks away from receiving a maximum amount of minutes, reports Fred McLeod, the Cavaliers play-by-play announcer.

Blatt added that Shumpert's conditioning level is at 70 percent. Before Friday, Shumpert had not played since Dec. 12 after suffering a dislocated shoulder.


Timberwolves list Bennett, LaVine as questionable Sunday

(2:06 pm ET) The Timberwolves listed forward Anthony Bennett and guard Zach LaVine as questionable for Sunday’s game at Atlanta, reports the team's official website.

Bennett is dealing with a sore right knee, while LaVine has a sprained left elbow. Both were unable to participate in Saturday's practice.

The Timberwolves are 18-point underdogs to the Hawks.


Cavaliers recall Joe Harris from NBADL on Sunday

(1:21 pm ET) The Cavaliers announced guard Joe Harris has been recalled from the NBA Development League on Sunday.

Harris is averaging 2.8 points and 0.8 rebounds over 35 games for the Cavaliers.


Report: Pistons showing interest in Knicks' Pablo Prigioni

(1:17 pm ET) The Pistons have expressed interest in acquiring Knicks guard Pablo Prigioni, reports ESPN.

With the Pistons fearing guard Brandon Jennings is lost for the season with an Achilles injury, Prigioni could be his replacement. In 41 games, Prigioni is averaging 4.8 points and 1.8 rebounds.


Rockets recall Clint N'dumba-Capela from NBADL

In four games, N’dumba Capela has yet to score a point.


Knicks Amar'e Stoudemire dealing with sprained ankle and wrist

(12:52 pm ET) In addition to suffering a sprained ankle during Saturday's loss to the Bucks, Knicks forward Amar'e Stoudemire also sustained a sprained right wrist, reports the New York Post.

"It was a lot of physical contact out there. A lot of my moves attacking the basket, I got swiped down on it, caught my wrist almost every time," he said. "I tried to play through it but I was struggling. I couldn't be myself out there."

Stoudemire only played 12 minutes before exiting for good.

"At that point I couldn't do much. My ankle was throbbing and getting stiffer," Stoudemire said. "I knew I couldn't be beneficial out there."

His status for Monday’s game against the Kings has not been determined.


Jazz sign Elijah Millsap to multiyear deal Sunday

Terms of the contract were not disclosed. In 10 games, Millsap is averaging 5.7 points and 2.2 rebounds.


Timberwolves' Kevin Martin listed as questionable Sunday

(12:34 pm ET) Timberwolves forward Kevin Martin is listed as questionable for Sunday's game at Atlanta, the team announced.

Martin is recovering from a fractured wrist and he was not able to participate in Saturday's practice. He has not played since Nov. 19.

The Timberwolves are 18-point underdogs to the Hawks.


Raptors list Amir Johnson as questionable Sunday vs. Pistons

(12:27 pm ET) Raptors forward Amir Johnson is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game against the Pistons, the team announced.

Johnson is dealing with a sore left shoulder, but it has not caused him to miss any games recently. In 40 games, Johnson is averaging 9.6 points and 5.9 rebounds.

The Raptors are 7 1/2-point favorites.


Heat's Hassan Whiteside cleared to play Sunday at Chicago

(12:16 pm ET) Heat center Hassan Whiteside has been cleared to play in Sunday’s game at Chicago, the team announced.

Whiteside missed the last two games after spraining his ankle, but he said he is close to 100 percent.

"I feel like I'm at 90 percent," Whiteside said. "I feel good out there."

In 17 games, Whiteside is averaging 7.4 points and 5.8 rebounds. The Heat are 8-point underdogs to the Bulls.
