Report: Lakers guard Nick Young to have MRI on ankle

(4:19 pm ET) Lakers guard Nick Young is scheduled to undergo an MRI on his injured ankle Tuesday, reports the Los Angeles Daily News.

Young sprained his right ankle during Monday's practice and has been ruled out of Tuesday's game against the Wizards. Guard Wayne Ellington is expected to see his minutes increase during Young's absence.

The Lakers are 8 1/2-point underdogs to the Wizards.

Young sprained his ankle during Monday's practice. Guard Wayne Ellington is expected to see an increased role during Young's absence.

Report: Grizzlies' Allen, Conley will be game-time decisions

(3:49 pm ET) Grizzlies guards Tony Allen and Mike Conley will be game-time decisions for Tuesday's game at Dallas, reports The Commercial Appeal.

Allen missed Monday's game after suffering a sprained left ankle during last Friday's contest. He is listed as questionable.

Meanwhile, guard Mike Conley is also questionable with a left wrist injury. Conley injured his left wrist during Monday's win against the Magic.

The Grizzlies are 6-point underdogs.


Report: Wolves rule Kevin Martin out of Wednesday's game

(3:36 pm ET) Timberwolves forward Kevin Martin has been ruled out of Wednesday's game against the Celtics, reports the Associated Press.

Martin previously said his injured wrist was feeling better. He has been out since November with a fractured wrist.


Pacers to limit minutes on guard George Hill

(3:31 pm ET) Pacers coach Frank Vogel told reporters Tuesday he plans to keep guard George Hill around 20 minutes a game for the foreseeable future, reports The Indianapolis Star. Vogel added they want to take a cautious approach to help prevent Hill from re-injuring his groin.

"We've got to be smart with it and hopefully soon we can increase [the minutes]," Vogel said.

Hill has played in seven games this season and is averaging 14.4 points and 3.7 rebounds. He added that he is still limited by the injury, but wants to stay aggresive.

"I know what I can do, and I know what I can't do," Hill said. "Try to avoid the things that I can't do, [but] sometimes in the duration of the game I have to just make a play."


Knicks sign guard Langston Galloway for remainder of season

(3:02 pm ET) The Knicks announced Tuesday guard Langston Galloway has been signed for the remainder of the season.

Galloway had been signed to two 10-day contracts with the Knicks. In eight games, Galloway is averaging 12.1 points, 4.1 rebounds and 3.0 assists.


Report: Suns' Wright expects to play in Wednesday's game

(3:00 pm ET) Suns forward Brandan Wright was able to participate in Tuesday's practice and is expected to play in Wednesday's game against the Wizards, reports The Arizona Republic.

Wright is suffering from a sore left heel, which caused him to miss Sunday’s loss to the Clippers. In 41 games, he is averaging 7.1 points and 3.5 rebounds.


Bulls center Joakim Noah says his knee and ankle are fine

(2:28 pm ET) Bulls center Joakim Noah told reporters Tuesday he's recovered from ankle and knee issues that were causing him trouble, reports ESPNChicago.com.

Noah recently missed four games due to an ankle sprain, but he has struggled in the last two games since returning from the injury. Noah has scored 10 points and grabbed 12 rebounds over 45 minutes during the last two games.

Noah added that this is the best he has felt all season, according to the Chicago Tribune.


Blazers' Nicolas Batum listed as questionable at Cleveland

Batum is dealing with a wrist injury, which caused him to miss Saturday's contest. In 38 games, he is averaging 9.1 points and 5.2 rebounds.


Bulls forward Mike Dunleavy ruled out a 14th straight game
