Wizards' Bradley Beal, John Wall will play in Game 2
by Sean d'Oliveira | CBSSports.com
(12:16 pm ET) Although Wizards guards John Wall and Bradley Beal are dealing with a wrist and ankle injury, they will suit up for Game 2 on Tuesday at Atlanta, reports CSNWashington.com.

Wall injured his wrist when he landed on it during the Game 1 win, while Beal suffered a sprained ankle. Both players had previously said they did not expect to miss the game.

The Wizards are 6-point underdogs for Tuesday's game.

Heat forward Chris Bosh on blood clots: 'I'm lucky to be alive'
by Sean d'Oliveira | CBSSports.com
(11:20 am ET) Heat forward Chris Bosh opened up on when he first started experiencing issues related to the blood clots he suffered and he said he feels fortunate to be alive, reports the Palm Beach Post.

"In Boston, we actually won that game, but I couldn't breathe," he said, referring to a Feb. 1 game. "I was like, 'Man, I can't breathe. Something's wrong with me. I can't breathe.' You try to take a deep breath and I couldn't do that."

Despite not feeling well, Bosh attempted to play through the issue, which he said he now regrets.

"I know, I'll never do it again," Bosh said. "It sounds crazy, doesn't it? I wish I could go back and tell myself not to do those things, but I'm lucky to be alive. I am. I took that as a lesson to stop trying to be a tough guy all the time. That's kinda how we're trained, to just suck it up and throw some dirt on it and get back out there.

"The last four years, the way we had been competing, there were multiple times I had to do that. We all had to do that. It gets ingrained in you, and we don't want to admit that we're fragile. We come with that cape and everything that comes with it. We get in that mind frame. I should have said something. But I'm here and I'm chilling."

Wizards' Bradley Beal, John Wall expect to play in Game 2
by Sean d'Oliveira | CBSSports.com
(10:47 am ET) Despite dealing with a wrist and ankle injury, Wizards guards John Wall and Bradley Beal are expected to play in Game 2 on Tuesday at Atlanta, reports ESPN.com.

"I'm all right," Wall said. "My hand hurts. Swollen, but other than that, I am fine."

Wall landed on his wrist in Game 1 and initially feared he may have broken it.

"I broke my wrist before, but it is kind of the same type of injury, because I put my hands down first and the wrist can snap or the hand can break," Wall said. "We will get the swelling down before [Tuesday's] game. I did a lot of treatment [Sunday] night and tried to get it as best as we can get it before the game [Tuesday]."

Meanwhile, Beal suffered a sprained ankle during the Game 1 win, but he said treatment has improved the injury.

"I should be good [Tuesday]," Beal said. "I've sprained this ankle 30 times. The swelling has never gone away. [But] it wasn't that bad. Actually, I got to thank my trainers because I feel a lot better [Monday] than I did [Sunday]."

The Wizards are 6-point underdogs for Tuesday's game.

Blazers' Nicolas Batum not concerned about being traded
by Sean d'Oliveira | CBSSports.com
(10:19 am ET) When asked about the potential of being traded in the offseason, Trail Blazers forward Nicolas Batum was not concerned with where he might end up, reports CSNNW.com.

"If that happens, it happens," Batum said. "That's the business, I understand that. I mean, I can't control that. All I can control is what I put on the court. I know what I am going to do this summer is try to get better."

In 71 games, Batum averaged 9.4 points and 5.9 rebounds. He shot 40 percent from the field, which was a career low.

"This year was an accident and that won't happen again," Batum said. "I will do everything to make sure that it won't happen again."
