by Chris Cwik | CBSSports.com
(12/25/2014) Knicks forward Amar'e Stoudemire may take more recovery days moving forward, according to the New York Post

Stoudemire was announced as a late game-time decision for Thursday's game, though he ultimately played. Coach Derek Fisher said things have been tough as the season has progressed. "When his minutes jumped up the past few weeks, his recovery was tougher for him," Fisher said. Fisher stressed that Stoudemire wasn't dealing with any serious issues. Both Stoudemire and Fisher agreed that the forward might receive more "recovery days" moving forward. Stoudemire has averaged 13.4 points while playing in 27 games this season.
