News
Trail Blazers point guard Damian Lillard scored a team-high 23 points on 6 of 16 shooting while dishing out 12 assists in his team's 92-89 win over the Jazz Wednesday.

"I don't think it's a big win like we just beat Golden State or something like that, but it's a big win because of the five-game losing streak," Lillard said after the game, per the Associated Press. "It came down to the last few minutes of the game and we haven't been great in that timeframe, closing games the last month or so. But with the losing streak, on the road, against a team that's been playing well, it's a big win in that way."

Lillard nearly managed a triple-double, hauling in eight rebounds in the win while also chipping in a steal. The double-double was his first since the end of January.

The Blazers are set to square off with the Suns Friday in Phoenix.
