| West Virginia does a good job of adding talent to its defense from year to year, but the Mountaineers figure to have a hard time putting together a good fantasy DST in 2012, because their move to the Big 12 will make them regularly see some of the nation's highest-scoring offenses. The loss of standout defenders like Bruce Irvin, Julian Miller, Najee Goode and Keith Tandy are also a problem, but at least Tavon Austin provides the team with one of the nation's elite return threats.
