D.C. Jefferson has had a quiet season as other large targets have come to the fore for Rutgers. The 6-6 tight end has not had more than four catches and 38 yards in any game.

| Rutgers has had high hopes for D.C. Jefferson for years now, but he just doesn't seem likely to come through. He has just 22 catches over the last two years, and the former quarterback hasn't really given a reason to expect significant improvement.
