| Arceto Clark's upside might be a bit limited, as Mississippi State has no shortage of targets heading into 2012, but he should remain relevant in SEC-only leagues. He caught 30 passes for 442 yards and four touchdowns last year, and he should improve on those numbers with quarterback Tyler Russell taking over the offense, as Russell is a much more skilled passer than former starter Chris Relf.
