Matthew Hurdle has 19 catches for 201 yards and one touchdown this season. (Updated 10/20/12). |
| Matthew Hurdle comes into 2012 with a chance to be one of the main receivers on the Golden Flashes' offense. Chris Gilbert and Sam Kirkland, who were both ahead of Hurdle on the depth chart last season, are now graduated. That leaves just Tyshon Goode ahead of Hurdle on the Kent State depth chart. Hurdle will have a chance to prove his name a proper self-description and jump over Goode on the depth chart, but even if he does, the Golden Flashes hardly have an efficient passing game, completing only 14.3 passes per game last season.
