D.J. Beshears could be the top wide receiver for Kansas this season. His yards per catch will have to go up for him to have an impact for his owners, though. (Updated 9/1/12). |
| D.J. Beshears led the Jayhawks in receiving last year, but only hauled in 40 passes for 437 yards. His numbers will jump by switching to a more downfield passing attack under new head coach Charlie Weis, and the fact that this team will spend much of the season playing catch-up due to a less than stellar defensive unit. The arrival of Notre Dame transfer Dayne Crist at quarterback should help, too. (Updated 8/30/12) |
