| Alex Gillett is limited as a passer and likely won't improve much in that regard, but as a strong runner in a surprisingly functional Eastern Michigan offense, he holds value in most or all formats heading into 2012. He has 1,502 yards rushing over the last two years, and the emergence of the impressive running back trio of Javonti Greene, Dominique White and Dominique Sherrer should help Gillett get in goal-line range more often after running for just eight touchdowns over the last two years.
