Savage, who arrived barely a year ago after showing such promise at Rutgers, is much more of a pocket quarterback than Rodriquez's offense really likes to use. With Senior Matt Scott redshirting and the likely starter in 2012, the Wildcats don't have any other scholarship quarterbacks on the roster right now.
