Brandon Mitchell wanted to play quarterback in 2013 after primarily playing receiver in 2012, but new coach Bret Bielema wasn't receptive to the idea. Whether Mitchell appears at the FBS level in 2013 might depend on whether he thinks he can earn a starting quarterback role at a school above the FCS. Brandon Allen appears the favorite to start for Arkansas this year.
