Kevin Haplea can play immediately for FSU due to the sanctions given to Penn State over the Jerry Sandusky scandal. However, he'll be a low profile player in fantasy terms.

| Kevin Haplea looks like the best bet to start at tight end for Penn State this year, but that's not going to necessarily mean much for his fantasy value. Andrew Szczerba started last year, and he caught just 12 passes all year. Haplea is more than likely a player to avoid, even in Big Ten-only leagues. (Updated 6/4/13) |
