The reinstatement will only allow the players to practice with the team and they will remain suspended indefinitely from games. Trey Franks has been a consistent target in his first two seasons with Oklahoma and should provide solid depth if he is fully reinstated some time this season. Franks had 22 catches for 196 yards last season.
