O'Toole Could Take Over Illinois QB Job: Reilly O'Toole and Nathan Scheelhaase will compete this week for the starting quarterback job after O'Toole replaced a struggling Scheelhaase early in Saturday's loss to Louisiana Tech, the Chicago Tribune reports.
