Malcolm Agnew is a pretty good player, but Storm Woods decisively established himself as the top Oregon State runner, and Terron Ward is emerging as a formidable runner, too. (Updated 3/5/13). |
| Malcolm Agnew entered 2011 as a freshman starting running back for the Ducks and in his first game, he didn't disappoint. Agnew went off for 223 yards on 33 carries and three touchdowns. Unfortunately, that ended up being about half of his production for the season as he was hampered by a hamstring injury for the rest of the year. Agnew only ended up playing in six total games in 2011, but is now back and healthy for 2012. The problem is Storm Woods has emerged as a potential starting runner for Oregon State, and Agnew has job security questions compounding his durability concerns. Unless he's named the clear start for the Beavers, Agnew is only a deep league consideration outside of Pac-12-only leagues. (Updated 8/30/12) |
