Washington's Sankey Explodes in Bowl Loss to Boise State: Bishop Sankey carried 30 times for 205 yards and a touchdown and totaled six receptions for an additional 74 yards Saturday as Washington fell to Boise State 28-26 in the 2012 Maaco Bowl in Las Vegas.

Bishop Sankey, who entered 2012 third on the depth chart at running back for the Huskies, ended up with a school bowl-record for rushing in Saturday's Maaco Bowl loss. He finishes his sophomore campaign having rushed for 1439 yards and 16 touchdowns on 289 carries, good enough numbers to leave the Spokane, Washington native currently fifth-best in the Pac-12 for 2012.
