| Fantasy Analysis |
While the WR depth chart is likely to remain fluid through the early part of the season, it's encouraging to hear that Mark Roberts is currently listed as a starter. This gives his value a definite bump up, if he can hold this role through the team's first game against Texas State. Last season Patrick Edwards played this position and led the team in receiving yards per game and receiving TDs.

| Mark Roberts caught just six passes last year, but he's an intriguing name to gamble on late in fantasy drafts since he might take over as a prominent Houston receiver in 2012. He showed good big-play ability last year, taking those six catches for 136 yards, and that sort of upside could give him an advantage in the competition. (Updated 6/4/13) |
