| Coach Dana Holgorsen has publicly expressed skepticism over Jordan Thompson's ability to produce after a big 2012 spring game performance was followed up with a 13-catch, 75-yard regular season, but Thompson still looks like the top remaining receiver in a pass-happy offense, and he should obtain fantasy relevance by default. West Virginia lost all of Tavon Austin, Stedman Bailey and J.D. Woods in the offseason, and that trio accounted for 285 catches last year. West Virginia will keep throwing the ball in 2013, and someone has to catch it. Thompson seems to be the likeliest candidate. (Updated 6/11/13) |
