Big Freshman Season For Alabama's Yeldon: T.J. Yeldon finished the 2012 regular season with 847 yards (6.6 YPC) and 10 touchdowns as a runner while catching 10 passes for 131 yards and a touchdown.

| Fantasy Analysis |
Even though he came into the year with a good amount of hype, T.J. Yeldon made a much bigger impact than most expected. He'll be one of the top fantasy backs in the nation if Eddie Lacy leaves for the NFL before next year.

| T.J. Yeldon is a true freshman who has been drawing rave reviews throughout the spring for his excellent practice performances, and even with the excellent duo of Eddie Lacy and Jalston Fowler ahead of him, Yeldon should carve out an immediate role with the Crimson Tide. Unfortunately for fantasy speculators, it's not likely that it will be big enough to make a significant fantasy impact in 2012. (Updated 8/30/12) |
